A look at the inner workings of a theater and music nerd's head.

What do Theater Majors do When They're NOT in a Show?

They waste time doing stupid things like procrastinating homework and writing blogs.

Rehearsals for my next show haven't started yet. They start (for me at least) the first Monday after I return. Luckily, I don't have rehearsal every night. Just when the chorus is called...kinda. Hoping for a fun time. I know a few of the people in it from Cabaret and Joseph, so that's cool.

I'm currently freaking out about all the shit I have to do for finals week. UGH. My list thus far:

Take Home Final - Acting 272
Lesson Notes - Individual Lessons: Voice
Coaching Notes - Collaborative Art
Barber of Seville Performance - Aural Skills
Project Number 3: Online ARG - Aural Skills
Practice Voice
Practice Piano
Practice C.A. Music
Practice Barber of Seville stuff
Practice Acting final Scene
Practice Scales

Avoid failing Piano, Theory and C.A. Final.
Attempt passing Sophomore Review.

I am so tired right now it's not even funny. The coffee is supposed to be helping, but it's not. I'm afraid I'm going to get really really shaky in the next half an hour. I haven't eaten much today, and it's affecting my ability to stay focused on homework. I should get back to that.

In other news, Tartuffe had a great run, I don't think I sucked at my B.F.A. audition and I have no idea what my class schedule looks like for next semester. Poop.

Oh well, back to the grind stone

Emily Elisabeth.
